房間大豪華型 床很舒服很容易入睡 地理位置優越性價比很高 出門方便 有獨立的停車場 一點也不擔心有沒有車位 孩子很長者住的很開心 大大的落地窗 讓視覺感很棒 4樓還有獨立的洗衣房和掛燙機 洗衣液的味道很棒 大廳的綠植看上去很高大尚 很不錯。房間的設施設備齊全衣櫃裏有實衣架和體重秤 很不錯的一次入住 總之衞生環境和服務設備 都深得我心 很棒的體驗感

這次入住該酒店是一次非常愉快的經歷。酒店的位置十分便利，周邊配套齊全。房間舒適温馨，隔音效果良好，
衞生:房間很乾凈，很整潔，入住之前客房經理會巡房，確保房間的衞生和安全，特別好~
環境:環境挺好的，很幽靜，房間裏還擺放有綠植，房間佈置的也比較用心~
服務:服務很周到，很貼心、很熱情，前台和客房服務員答覆問題很及時，處理一些問題執行力也很好，出差很多次很少有酒店能做到的～
設施:房間設施很完善，熱水沒問題，，還有免費贈送的礦泉水因為我喜歡自己燒水喝我要了好幾次水，服務員很熱情的給我送了過來，我很喜歡💕
真心覺得這是一家值得信賴的好酒店。

酒店位置優，離萬達就100米，帶孩子來玩實在是太方便了，房間的床很舒服，枕頭更舒服！前台和保安態度都非常好！看到小朋友還及時提供了小童牙膏和拖鞋。就是沐浴龍頭有點小問題

自9月27日入住，烏市首旅如家素柏雲酒店。感受頗深：有一種真正回到家的味道。一下車，就有熱情的保安幫着拎行李，走進大廳，親切的問候語如沐浴春風，一杯熱氣騰騰的擰檬茶或咔啡、由工作人員滿面笑容的端了上來。辦完入住手續進入房間，被古色古香的室內裝修風格吸引了，温磬的室內佈局，乾淨整齊的被子，一塵不染的桌椅，到處都充滿着整潔，衞生，温心、讓人心情十分愉悦。、據悉，酒店有五十多免費停車位，還有兔費洗衣機，免費寄存行李，免費郵寄物品，叫出租車等。還積極幫着客人介紹當地美食，旅遊攻略。真得是做到了服務周到細緻、熱情大方，客人至上的理念。首俯如家素柏雲酒店地處、沙依巴克區伊寧北路318號、飲食餐飲出行十分方便，距德滙萬達廣場僅一百米。距國貿商場，新奇大商場，眼鏡專買城，圖書城，醫療器械專買地都很近。入住素柏雲酒店：寧靜，祥和，如意，愉快順利安全。值得大家都來光顧和體驗一下哦。
