I asked them to flush the bathroom, and then they cleaned it up and sprayed air freshener. We had opened the windows for a long time in such a cold day to let the smell out. Then because we had a child, we pushed the two beds to the middle and made them into a big bed. When we pushed the bed open, there was garbage under the bed, including rubber bands, fruit cores, and fluffy dust. Because it was too late, we didn't call the front desk. The next morning, I asked for cleaning and cleaned up the garbage and dust under the bed. Then I was speechless. The waiter took the mop and washed it in the sink. I said, can you wash the mop in the sink? It's too unhygienic. I still have to wash clothes. The waiter said it's okay. I'll wash the washbasin and disinfect it later. It's too disgusting. My toiletries are next to the sink, and my toothbrush and cup are placed next to each other. They just washed the mop here, and I couldn't stop them. I feel so disgusted when I think about it. I threw away my toothbrush and cup. I didn't dare to wash clothes today. I'm going to buy a basin to wash it. This is the worst time I've stayed in a hotel in all these years, and it's a chain hotel. Why is it like this?

The accommodation environment is very comfortable and warm. You can rest assured to stay here! The service is very considerate and caring. Thumbs up. I will stay here again next time.
