Terrible. Avoid at all costs. This hotel definitely paid the online platforms substantial amount of money to put themselves high up in the rankings. This hotel doesn't deserve the ratings and rankings.
Location : Good. Very near metro station
Cleanliness : Can be improved. Very average for the price and perceived standards
Service : Average. Typical robotic staff
Facilities : The hotel turns off their air-conditioning , so regardless of temperature you set in your room, it'll always be the constant which the hotel wants it to be. Point in case, it was a rather warm night, but the hotel insisted the temperature to be 25C. But the air conditioning was actually blowing warm,hot air out the whole night. The night staff said it was for the comfort of the guests. After much complaining at 3am in the morning, they reluctantly turned on the air conditioning for my room. But lo and behold, they turned it off again the next night !

The lobby is bright! There are snacks and tea at the front desk. I originally wanted to book a standard room, but the front desk staff recommended me a refined single room, which can be upgraded for me. The breakfast is also good. The hotel service staff are very friendly. You need to swipe your card to go upstairs. It feels safe in Xinjiang. The girl at the front desk introduced it very comprehensively.
