Great hotel fantastic services many great restaurants around the area perfect for us.

I had a reservation at other hotel but it wasn’t found so I cancelled it and booked Ibis the same day of my arrival. It was about 10:00 after an overnight train trip and I received a room immediately.
The room is standard as in other Ibis hotels, not very large but comfortable. They also provide a good breakfast.
The next day I had to check out before 14:00 and since my train was until 20:40, I asked to wait at the lobby until 19:00 (I am at the lobby now).
The front desk personnel have been bringing me tea during this time. I’m very pleased of my stay here.

The floor heating in the room was very warm. The front desk service was very good. A robot was delivered to the room when we ordered takeout. The front desk also gave us a fruit plate. The breakfast was delicious. There was also a laundry room, and the clothes dried quickly.
