Compared to our stay at Atour in Kashgar, the hotel air con was not working at certain rooms. Surprisingly some of the rooms were OK but the 8th floor rooms were the worst. Warm and stuffy even though fans were provided

Location is good, many shopping and food around the hotel. Taxi, bus also a lot, very convenient. Cleanliness of hotel room is fine, the cleaning lady very friendly. Water pressure for shower not strong, but still acceptable.

The hotel room was very spacious and the check-in process was easy. The room has no drawer space and the shower drain was clogged, but the room came with a humidifier. The tv also had free English movies and tv shows under the 天山云TV app!

Great hotel- central to everything! We got a room that overlooked the main roundabout and it was great to watch the evening sunset over the city. Even though we overlooked the main street, you could hear no sound. A fantastic location to walk to the grand bazaar and People’s Park. People’s Park was amazing- do visit it in the evening as it’s lively and full of things to do.
The hotel staff was super helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. They young man at the counter even helped put us in touch with a driver when our initial plans for getting to Heavenly Lake fell through- he helped find a tour agent, driver, and helped to make sure everything was sorted for our day.
Would stay here again.

Very happy with our stay. The service was very good. The doorman was very helpful to help us with our luggage when we arrived. The front desk staff is always helpful, very thoughtful to service drinks whenever we are near. The breakfast spread was good and well worth.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, the room is very clean , the receptionist is so friendly. Next time come back also choose A tour.
