This hotel is located just few minutes walk to Grand Bazaar and train station. The front desk staff and manager showed professional and attentive service. However for a hotel that had just been renovated, there are so many failures. The TV only had one channel, the water in the sink wouldn't drain out. The floor and window was extremely dirty. It really didn't meet a 3 star quality hotel.

Hotel staff is nice and friendly. Receptionist are helpful and willing to assist when I asked for directions. Location is superb. Just right next to attraction grand bazaar Dabazha scenic spot. The underground metro station line 1 (they only have 1 underground metro. It does not connect to any other attractions nor the Wulumuqi railway station) was just a short walk away. Hotel is clean. Room is clean. Amenities are adequate. Overall a good hotel. Worth the stay as one can walk around Dabazha and food are easily accessible.

The room is great and the location is super good, right next to the Grand Bazaar, about 200 to 300 meters away
Such a good location, such a good decoration, such a price, it's amazing, I will come again next time if I have the chance

Booked this hotel with my friend for an exam. It's very close to our exam site. I highly recommend it. The hotel environment is super good and big. The sleep is super comfortable! The shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom are in small bottles. The floor heating is also very comfortable. The front desk and waiters are all beautiful. There are many clothing stores and restaurants near the hotel. It's close to the subway station and the Grand Bazaar. It's really the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in in the north. I'll stay there again next time!
