Excellent location for solo traveller who prefer to travel by public transport. near 2 mrt stations and brt 1 stop, direct bus to train station. super convenient. large supermarket downstairs. Boss is friendly and helpful. Good room mates during my stay

The location and common room are really good. The staff is friendly. The room itself was a bit old and smelled of smoke. There is no air-conditioning, only a really old fan. The entrance is hard to find, it is the door right from the main entrance of the shopping mall.

I only stayed one night in the dorm, so I cannot say that much.

-) It was hard the find the entrance of the building where the hostel was in (check the photo from outside!)
-) The wifi was so bad that I didn't use it (it kept dis- and re-connecting

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown in the Urumqi .
