Perfect choice for any overnight connection through Urumqi airport as it’s only a 5 minute walk from Terminal 3 (just take outside lift to Lower Ground Car park level and pull your case across two car parks).
Tremendous value too with big bed, modern room and fantastic monsoon walk-in shower plus big TV.
Only negative is there is no restaurants so to eat you walk back to Terminal 3 but that’s no big deal. There’s a very cheap full restaurant on Level Minus 1 which airport staff use but is free to anyone.
Front desk lady was super helpful on Checkin as I needed to print a boarding pass for a connecting flight and she walked me through how to share my PDF on WeVhat and printed a hard copy (as Trip.com advised).
Altogether a brilliant recommendation!

Location : close to T3 building. But be careful about the name “Tianyuan hotel”. There are more than 7 hotel name Tianyuan. This hotel just close to T3 on the right hand site.

The airport is 300 meters away, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk. The room is clean and comfortable. The late night flight arrived very late, and I was waiting all the time. Zhang Xiaoli and Ding Weihong were very responsible and had a good attitude.

The hotel facilities are clean and tidy, very close to Terminal 3, and you can see the apron (take the elevator to the first floor parking lot after arriving at the airport, and walk 200 meters on the right to find the hotel). The front desk also upgraded me to a suite, which I was very satisfied with.
