They have free shuttle bus till airport. The Kazakh staff can speak several languages. And they have good uygur restaurants nearby.

The aircon was not enough powerful the room was too much cold. Cleanliness was not the best, there were some hairs on the bathroom floor. What is worst was the attitude of the girl at the reception, very bad, unhelpful and arrogant.
Location is good, near both airport and railway station.
