The hotel’s rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It is located on the subway line connected to the airport.
The service is adequate, a very tall bellboy at the entrance is very attentive helping a large amount of suitcases and personal items.
The breakfast salad bar doesn’t have enough food and the selection of vegetables is limited.

This is my favorite hotel to stay in the area. It keeps up doing an excellent job of serving their guests. The room is large and super clean. Plenty of options for breakfast - one of the best among many 5-star hotels that I have stayed. I stayed at this hotels a couple of times previously so I am so impressed of their consistency in quality services that they provided and maintained the guest rooms and facilities in excellence conditions over many years.

The main reason for choosing Urumqi Northwest Petroleum Hotel is that it is the closest to the subway station among the five-star hotels in Urumqi. Urumqi sometimes has serious traffic jams, so it is more convenient to be close to the subway. Although it is an old five-star hotel, the decoration and accommodation are still relatively comfortable. We stayed in the hotel for three nights. The room is spacious, the single bed is 1.35 meters, and it is very friendly to guests with children. The bed is very comfortable, and the toiletries are of good quality. We received fruits and yogurt every day. The front desk checked in quickly and professionally, and the room service greeted us politely when they met, and put a few more bottles of water for us. Zhang Juan, the hotel's account manager, enthusiastically introduced the hotel's newly launched free afternoon tea service, and also paid attention to listening to the guests' opinions and suggestions on the hotel.
