房間乾淨衞生，非常棒。 交通非常便利。周圍吃的也多。 特別推薦酒店附近美食！！服務態度也很好。住了四天，每天衞生都收拾乾淨。洗漱用品更換乾淨。有機會來烏魯木齊還會選擇這家酒店

房間燈光昏暗，與圖片不符，玻璃臟，衞生間全是水漬，電梯設計比較奇怪，在房間門口居然不是客梯，前台回訪居然添加wx要求5星好評

因為工作的關係來烏魯木齊出差，想離自己辦事的地方近點，同時晚飯後也想在周邊能轉轉或買買東西，挺忙的就聽同事推薦了這家酒店。沒想到還挺滿意，首先價格符合報銷標準，哈哈，其次酒店位置我非常喜歡，在烏魯木齊友好商圈，吃飯逛街不要太爽，好吃的吃了東西也買了，省事省時，還順帶逛了旁邊的博物館，感覺有限的時間裏做了很多自己想做的事。再説説酒店設施吧，一進大堂被水晶燈吸引，入住房間乾淨衞生，還貼心的提供了應季水果拼盤。客房服務員大姐很熱情，她説如果方便給個好評，我一直忙，現在才評，抱歉啦，下次再來。

本來不想點評
要求就是有個小沙發凳的房間，住了無數次了，對房間很瞭解，前台姑娘給了凳子的，去前台要換一間，人也很好，姑娘就想的升級一下，把房開了，一個潘姓的所謂領導一副苦瓜臉，質問小女孩，為啥要這麼開，我趕忙説不要為難人家，啥房都行，這所謂的領導就把房卡都換了，首先你的嘴臉難看，第二你的處事太差，第三你的情商低到地平線。

服務態度是可以的，但是設施和衞生不敢恭維。1.洗澡水忽大忽小忽冷忽熱，直接淋了冷水。叫了報修，師傅説一直這樣，要先放半小時的水。半小時後水是熱了，但還是忽大忽小。2.設備老舊，淋雨把手輕輕一碰就掉了。房間的地磚，地毯，看上去也是臟臟的，儘管我確實看到他們打掃了。3.衞生不合格，我們入住後發現，浴缸裏面的水沒有放乾淨，裏面還有不明毛髮…保安，前台，管房的短髮阿姨服務態度都挺好的，但實在是不會推薦了
