The hotel is clean and of high standard. We stayed here throughout our trip to Urumqi. The room is clean, with no cigarette smell, and there are convenient washing and drying machines. I would like to thank all the staff for taking great care of us as foreigners, always helping and offering advice, especially Mary, who is lovely and attentive. I will recommend everyone to stay here.

Uramqi Mercure hotel location is perfect. Near by Uramqi Train Station. The building is in Wanda Plaza and it’s very convenient for food and anything you want there. Rooms are bigger and clean. Front desk in 5th floor and very friendly stuff. I will live again my next trip for sure.

The hotel is located on top of Wanda Shopping mall. Finding foods and drinks will never be an issue. The guest drop off point for this hotel is rather unusual (at Basement 2) instead of ground floor like most other hotels. The signage to hotel drop off point was not very visible, and it took our driver a good 20min to find the drop off point.

Stayed here for the second time on the last night of my trip before flying back to Beijing. See my review from the first time, the week before - also posted below.
Good location - it's in a mall so plenty of food.and shopping options. Lots of great restaurants in the surrounding streets. Short taxi ride to the main attractions and airport/stations. Staff friendly and helpful - from the reception desk to the cleaners. Room modern and comfortable. Air con worked well - not all Chinese hotelsmhave these switched on in Spring but this one did. Breakfast was good and had a wide range of mostly Chinese options. Overall, a great hotel and I would book this as first choice if I came back to Urumqi.

The location of this hotel is great, there’s a big mall with plenty of great restaurants just located at the lower floors. Great service from the receptionists too. They are always willing to help, especially a receptionist named Nana. She gave us some information what to do in Urumqi and helped us with our food takeaway orders.

Very clean with very good service. Amenities are sufficient but not the fullest but bear in mind this is a four star hotel that sometime makes me think it's a five. Room size is generous. You can skip on ropes if desire or P`etanque. Overall recommended.

Receptionist Ms. 李晒买 provides excellent service, other crews are also friendly and polite. Hotel is new, equipped with smart technology and has adequate space. It is also linked to Wanda Mall. Overall, a good stay.
