這個酒店退房的時候強行扣清洗費，説啥我把他們毛巾弄臟了，強行扣除，酒店本身有清洗的義務，我未曾損壞，也未曾造成無法清洗的污漬，因為褲子上粘了泥，用毛巾擦了一下，如果是損壞，或者無法清洗該賠償賠償，而不是這樣來強制消費。

這次的住店體驗太差了，第一次差評不得不給，預訂的時候是親子間，402元，房間介紹有窗，結果就是這種不能打開的內窗。問前台説這就是窗户。。。行吧，就湊合住吧。到了晚上，負一樓的KTV開始熱鬧了，聲音特別大，去投訴了一次，到了凌晨兩點了，聲音還是很大。電話給前台要求換房，説讓保安上來聽一下，聽完後説要請示領導，最後給換了個標間。結果兩衹蚊子咬了一晚上，沒睡覺。這個火哦，真的是。如果對睡眠環境聲音有要求的，千萬不要住這裏。前台小姑娘態度還是很好的

酒店環境很好，早餐種類很多，酒店位置也好找，睡覺很安靜！一點也不吵，樓下小吃，燒烤，火鍋吵炒菜都很不錯！
