When I lived here, I asked for a quiet place. As a result, it was very noisy all night and I didn't sleep at all I told the front desk to give me a quieter one next time. Then wx kept asking for good reviews but I didn’t have time to write them because I was busy. Three days later, when we wanted to go back to continue our stay, we found that the guy had deleted our review because we did not give him a good review in time. So that's how you get good reviews, got it.

It has a sign of a five-star hotel but it is not even as good as a three-star hotel. First of all, there was always someone walking upstairs when I slept at night, and the sound was very obvious and clear. The hotel is next to the street view. Even after we closed all the windows, there were still noises from outside, which really made me unable to sleep well for two nights. The sound insulation was extremely poor. Second: The room that was renovated 22 years ago still has a very strong decoration smell to this day. I changed rooms twice and there was still a pungent smell. The whole process took at least an hour. Third: There was basically no problem with hotel staff helping with luggage when we checked in. When we drove to the main entrance, we saw at least eight staff members standing outside the door waiting (I didn't know which big leader or executive they were waiting for). They were standing there talking and laughing, and they didn't take the initiative to help us with our luggage. The work quality of service staff needs to be improved! If I were to choose again, I would definitely not choose this one.

After a day out, I booked Pusheqinyuan again without hesitation. The service was considerate and the room was upgraded. The service staff took the initiative to help with the luggage and guide it to the room. They also sent fruits and Xinjiang yogurt to check in. They were very enthusiastic. They especially reminded me that all the drinks and snacks in the refrigerator in the room were free to eat. The room design is exquisite. Although it is not a chain luxury hotel, the design, decoration and management services are much better than the chain five-star hotel. I have stayed in many hotels in Xinjiang, and I am really satisfied with this one. It is a treasure collection.

In May, we turned on the air conditioner, but the room was 28 degrees all night. I was woken up by the heat in the morning. There was something wrong with the air conditioner in the room. I could only open the door for ventilation. Don't stay here in the summer!
