Urumqi Saybag District Hotels

Stayed here for the second time on the last night of my trip before flying back to Beijing. See my review from the first time, the week before - also posted below. Good location - it's in a mall so plenty of food.and shopping options. Lots of great restaurants in the surrounding streets. Short taxi ride to the main attractions and airport/stations. Staff friendly and helpful - from the reception desk to the cleaners. Room modern and comfortable. Air con worked well - not all Chinese hotelsmhave these switched on in Spring but this one did. Breakfast was good and had a wide range of mostly Chinese options. Overall, a great hotel and I would book this as first choice if I came back to Urumqi.

The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the service attitude is good, and the facilities are complete. 👍 Of course, everyone's experience may be different, so it is best to experience it too. This kind of hotel is really a plus! Health and service are the core experience of accommodation. The free underground parking garage solves the parking problem. The free washing machine is super practical for people who are on business or long-term stays. Do you have a travel plan recently? We booked a hotel on our way back to Urumqi after completing our Northern Xinjiang Grand Loop. Since we had a two-day stay, we wanted a convenient location. This hotel is close to the Provincial Museum, the Provincial Art Museum, the Provincial Science and Technology Museum, Hualing, Hongshan, and other attractions. It's also close to major shopping malls for daily needs and easy access to authentic Xinjiang cuisine, which perfectly suited our needs. The hotel service was excellent. The security guard at the entrance enthusiastically came to help with our luggage. We were in a hurry to go out for dinner, and he even brought iced mineral water to our friends who were waiting. Our luggage was brought directly to our room. The room was clean and tidy, and the amenities were perfect for a short stay. Any issues we had were promptly addressed, and the breakfast was quite generous. The 29th of this trip was my birthday, and the front desk lady even prepared a small gift for me. It was so heartwarming and I'll definitely be back.

The boss is very friendly and welcoming! 😀 The room is clean and tidy. Bottled water is provided. Lots of eateries within a few minutes walk of the hotel. Great stay! Thank you, boss!

I stayed there for two days and had a very good experience. The staff were very enthusiastic. The service provided by Xueshan at the front desk was very good, and the room aunt was also very enthusiastic. The room was very comfortable, the mattress was comfortable, and the air conditioning was at the right temperature. The room also had floor-to-ceiling windows with a great view. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. There is also a laundry room and gym on the 6th floor, which is very good. Wanda Food Street is also nearby, which is very convenient. It is highly recommended!

We took a metro from Urumqi Airport to 道桥站。here is actually a Grand Baaza. From here you may take a taxi to the hotel. It’s only 2km , we choose to walk. It’s took us 40 minutes. By walking the to hotel building , the exterior doesn’t look so grand . We have a friendly staff to check in for us. Surprised us. That’s nice & clean smart room. All closing windows , lights, music play can instruct 小度， to perform it🤭. Another surprise was the house keeping delivered us a foot spa at 9pm. And that’s a nice food street near the hotel building buildings. We are very happy for a 3D2N stayed. Wonderful & comfortable. Thank you. .

Convenient to High Speed railway which is the main train station for Urumqi . I understand there is no HSR from the airport and only a bus shuttle service . Not much choice of eatery than local and small supermarket . The rooms are basic and clean and like a maze as it caters for the mass market . My air con wasn t fully functioning as it was warm and sultry with no window. You can order delivered food but given anybody seems to be able to come and out without apparent screening, I would not leave valuables in room though China is relatively petty crime free. Yes I would come back for value but if I can afford to splurge I would go down town . The building if it catches fire could be a fire trap (didn't see any overhead springlers) , hopefully it s quite my imagined fears

This hotel is top quality. Worthy of 5 star standard. Just built in 2024, everything was brand new. Front desk receptionists were all so professional and hospitable. We felt so at home and comfortable that we stayed for 6nights. We were offered an abundant breakfast, evening tea and late supper. We had 70 inch tv with movie channels. There is a complementary laundry room. The Japanese style toilet was a bonus. Bus stop is across the road. Walking distance to Hong Shan Park, Peoples Park, Xinjiang Museum and Saybad Shopping district. Highly recommend any visitors to Urumqi to this wonderful hotel.

The first time I stayed in this hotel, the room was clean and tidy, the stay was very comfortable, it was also very close to the airport, and the service was also very good. In particular, the service attitude of Gina at the front desk was very good, very warm, very caring, and she also helped me book a hotel vehicle in advance. The check-in experience was very good, recommended!

1. I gave my ID when I checked in, but the front desk staff called me at 12:30 in the middle of the night and asked me to take a photo of my ID and upload it. I was already asleep and was woken up. I felt bad. Can't you contact me tomorrow? If it's really important, why can't you contact me earlier? Then the next morning at nine o'clock, I was woken up again by the cleaning staff talking loudly on the intercom outside the door. The purpose of going on vacation is to have a good rest, but the hotel staff did not consider the guests' perspective at all. 2. When the restaurant kitchen door was open, I saw the male chef sitting inside smoking, which felt bad. 3. The breakfast is very ordinary, just enough to satisfy your hunger, don't have too high expectations. 4. It felt like there were many new people at the counter. I asked some questions that tourists often ask but they could only give a rough answer or say they could help contact the travel agency. For example, where should I go to Tianchi and what bus route should I take and what time does it leave? 5. Free washing machines and dryers are available.
