I was recommended by a friend and came here for the first time today. It was just as described by my friend, very good! The ethnic girl at the front desk 👧🏻 is very patient❤️, and her smiling service makes people feel comfortable. My friend's phone was out of battery, so she quickly helped to get a charger to charge it. We needed disposable chopsticks🥢, so the little girl gave us her own takeaway chopsticks. The security guard was also very friendly, lifting the barrier in time and directing parking🅿️. There were fruit plates and yogurt in the room which was very thoughtful. Come here again next time!

The room I stayed in was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere made for a relaxing and restful night's sleep. The hotel's soundproofing ensured a peaceful environment despite its proximity to the railway station. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast offered at the hotel. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. It provided a great start to the day and helped me fuel up for my activities. The hotel's location near Urumqi Railway Station was incredibly convenient, especially for travelers like myself. It made it easy to explore the city or catch a train to further destinations. The surrounding area had a variety of dining options and shops, adding to the convenience of the location. This is the happiest hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment I entered the door, the lovely little beauty Kaili at the front desk (I quietly asked others to find out her name 😂), her healing smile helped me check in quickly, and someone helped me with my luggage. When I got to the room, I was really amazed. I have stayed in hotels so many times, but this is the first time I have encountered such a thing. The bed was just like a painting. I didn't even dare to sit on it 😂. I was still intoxicated when the phone rang. It was the front desk asking me if I was satisfied with the room after checking in and if I needed any help. Finally, she reminded me that the hotel has a self-service laundry room and they could take me there at any time if I needed it. They also left their phone number... I am really satisfied with this service. I am so excited that I finished writing this, but I always feel that the praise is not enough 😅. In short, I will choose to stay here next time 👍

2nd time staying at this very nice hotel with the most friendly and helpful service. Great location right besides the subway station, with plenty of restaurants and even a top supermarket in the shopping centre opposite. We were upgraded to a very large room, which was nice and everything worked perfect, as before. Breakfast buffet with a large choice was ideal for starting the day. Next time in Urumqi we will definitely book this Atour again.

Because of the work relationship, I came to Urumqi for a business trip. I wanted to be closer to the place where I worked. At the same time, I also wanted to be able to go around or buy things after dinner. I was very busy and listened to my colleagues recommend this hotel. I didn’t expect it to be quite satisfactory. In the friendly business district of Urumqi, don’t be too cool to eat and go shopping. I also bought delicious food and saved time. I also visited the museum next to it. I feel that I have done a lot of things in a limited time. Let's talk about the hotel facilities. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was attracted by the crystal lights. The room was clean and hygienic. I also provided a seasonal fruit platter. The room attendant sister is very enthusiastic. She said that if it is convenient to give a good review, I have been busy, and I will comment now. Sorry, come back next time.

The room is very exquisite, the environment is good, the heating is sufficient, and the sleep is very comfortable. I stayed for another night and was given fruits and snacks. The snow scene outside the window is also great. It is a great business trip experience.

While the location was a little far from the main attractions, we loved our stay at the Feshe Hotel! The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Equipped with a foot massager and Japanese toilet, the room had that extra touch of luxury. The decoration of the room and lobby was also exquisite. The breakfast was a Chinese breakfast.

Excellent value for money, comfortable and quiet room. Breakfast was OK. Not too far from the metro and 25RMB taxi ride to the airport.
