Cleanliness and location are great, as well as the price. But where this hotel lacks is service. There was a MAJOR hiccup in how front desk handled my situation. I came back at 4am after a night out and lost my room key. The front desk really struggled to find my room number. After about 5 minutes of searching, she found my room and handed me a new key. Except IT WAS THE WRONG ROOM. I walked into a room that had 2 complete strangers asleep in the room. They were startled and I closed the door immediately. Went back downstairs and had to ask the front desk for another key, which the lady searched for another 5 minutes before finally finding my room. Needless to say, this is BAD. You CANNOT give someone’s room key to a stranger. That is an absolute sin in the hospitality industry. I hope they will retrain their staff and learn from this review.

The environment of the hotel is elegant and comfortable, just like being in a quiet paradise. The attitude of the service staff is enthusiastic. They not only smile, but also pay attention to details, making people feel the warmth of home. When I checked in, the hotel provided six different types of pillows for me to choose from. This meticulous service reflects the hotel's unremitting pursuit of quality and service. When I stepped into the room, I was greeted by a clean and new space. Every layout was in order, showing an elegant taste. All kinds of facilities are available, from daily necessities to bedding and sanitary ware, all of which reflect the hotel's thoughtful consideration. In particular, the configuration of humidifiers and air purifiers is to protect our health. The hotel room is specially equipped with a high-end Lefen hair dryer, which is quick-drying and quiet. The towels are made of high-quality materials, with a delicate and smooth touch, as light as clouds. The mattress uses the well-known brand ”King Koil” to create a comfortable sleeping environment for us. The front desk lady has a sweet smile, thoughtful service, and warm words. She asked about my preferences and arranged the room I like. In addition, the hotel room price is affordable, parking is free, and I am very satisfied with the stay! The hotel also provides gym and swimming pool leisure facilities, so that we can fully relax and exercise in addition to the busy schedule, and the gym staff are warm and friendly, and the service is very thoughtful and meticulous. In general, this hotel has performed very well in terms of service, facilities, location, etc., which makes me feel the comfort of home. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is a recommended choice. I look forward to having the opportunity to stay in this hotel when I come to this city next time.

The room we stayed in was 423. It was a fancy 'Simple Mesmerizing Starry Sky Room' with a tub near the window.... stayed for 2 separate days. 1. The toilet was nice as it warms the seat and has a bidet with auto flush. 2. The hotel location was good, near the nanmen metro station exit A. To go to Intl Bazaar is only one stop - erdaoqiao station. 3. This same metro can take u to the airport but didn't manage to try it. 4. Near to fast food, convenience shop as u exit from hotel, turn left and cross the road. 5. Bonus: Has a laundry room (washer & dryer) at level -1 for free usage with free detergent.

Urumqi was affected by the cold air, the wind and rain were very heavy, and the service staff in the lobby of Rongji International Hotel were particularly enthusiastic. They immediately checked in and upgraded the deluxe room. I felt the warmth of home and the breakfast was good. Thanks again to Rongji International Hotel and the front desk staff!

While the hotel isn't centrally located, its strategic positioning ensures a mere 15-minute drive to the airport, enhancing its accessibility and convenience.

The hotel is very close to the highway exit and has a large parking lot, which is especially friendly to self-driving car friends. The front desk reception was warm and thoughtful, and the room was upgraded. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the bath water was super good. There is a popular restaurant downstairs, the taste is good, the price is not expensive, and it is convenient to find food. The hotel breakfast is 15 per person, with many varieties and the taste is great!

Newly opened, the rooms are quite big, the environment is good, there is a laundry room and a gym. Next to the hotel is Meimei Shopping Mall, which is very convenient for eating and other places. Opposite the hotel is the Urumqi Museum, which is great. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and must give a thumbs up. Stayed for one more night🤗

I searched for hotels near Hongguangshan Convention and Exhibition Center for a long time, and finally booked this hotel with a rather alternative and unique style with trepidation. Sure enough, I was not disappointed. This kind of strong ethnic style is rare and feels great. The room is large, clean, and transparent. The key is that it is next to the convention and exhibition. Just walk out of the hotel yard. This hotel is backed by the Hongguangshan Buddha and is on the main road in front of it. The transportation is also relatively convenient. It was a pleasant stay. I will praise myself. I will come here next time!
