This property does not look like the photos any more. It’s a dump. The Reviews for it are mainly very old and it has clearly deteriorated over time. We stopped to ask if they had a Room free for that night, which they didn’t. A lucky escape for us frankly!

Arriving was interesting - initially could not find it as there was a delivery van parked across the side road! After sorting that out, arrived and it was just charming. Large gates at the end of the little side street opening to secure parking in front of the tower. Very castle like as we walk up the spiral stairs - thank goodness there was a fit young man available to help with our bags. A charming and very large room, each decorated well and a comfortable bed. Service was lovely, they arranged a taxi for us to a restaurant to celebrate a birthday and breakfast was generous and very tasty. Check in and check out very easy. Thank you for a lovely stay

Fantastic place with spacious rooms! You'll enjoy an authentic French-style breakfast in a cozy ambiance. Located right in the center of Valence, you'll discover great restaurants and lovely boutiques nearby, and golf courses too! This place is a must for all international travellers.

Plein cœur de ville - Bâtisse ancienne remplie de charme. Accueil agréable et discret - chambre spacieuse décorée avec goût et literie à la hauteur des lieux. Petit déjeuner raffiné avec des produits locaux, dans une salle à manger du temps d’ailleurs. Nous reviendrons.

Très bien situé : le calme absolu en plein centre de Valence… rare ! Vue agréable sur les arbres et le Rhône. Belle bâtisse restaurée avec goût, chambre spacieuse à la décoration élégante et soignée. Accueil sympathique et discret à la fois. Une adresse précieuse ! Merci.

En fait, nous ne voulons pas faire trop de publicité pour cet établissement sensationnel, car nous craignons de ne pas avoir de place la prochaine fois... La Maison de la Pra est tout simplement magnifique : beaucoup d'espace, des chambres superbes, un accueil très agréable, un petit déjeuner vraiment exclusif. Nous reviendrons toujours, c'est promis.

Aucun service de réception. Impossible de trouver quelqu’un pour les petits-déjeuners payés. Literie de dimensions minimales compte tenu de la surface de la chambre. Très cher pour les faibles prestations. Pas professionnel. Photos non conformes à la réalité. Beau potentiel de la bâtisse.
