Located on the outskirts of the city. Bed was fine, not as comfortable as expected. It was nice to overlook the garden and moat that they have outdoors. Superb breakfast.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean. Clean room, food There is a lot of breakfast to choose from. Everything is very comfortable. The staff is also good service.

Excellent, nothing to object. Location, views, facilities... Service by the staff incredible. A 10 certainly. Very recommendable

Ideally located when travelling from Bilbao to Portugal. Very clean, large room with comfortable beds. Staff were efficient at the front desk. Did not use the restaurant. Instead, went across the road to Meson del Douro for dinner. Service was quick. If you don’t speak Spanish translate menu online so you know what to order.

The hotel is a good hotel with easy and free parking right next to the Plaza Mayor, and is about 25 minutes walking distance from Plaza Mayor, so the best thing is to go by car and use the excellent underground park that exists on that square.

The hotel is very well located near the centre, although the hotel was not 4-star.

Buen hotel. Destaco su localización. Tras un paseo por el parque se llega al casco histórico. La amabilidad del personal tanto en recepción como en cafetería fue de destacar. La limpieza fue excelente. Las habitaciones están insonorizadas.
