We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. It is a 3-star hotel, and I’ll try to provide feedback based on a 3-star standard because one shouldn't expect 5-star services. The hotel receptionist, Ms. Sahar, was Iranian and also spoke English. She was very polite and kind. The hotel itself was reasonably clean and well-organized. The bathroom and toilet were clean, and disposable slippers, soap, and shampoo were provided in the rooms. During our stay, the weather in Van was getting colder, but the room had air conditioning. Since it was low season in Van, there weren’t many tourists, so the breakfast variety and quality weren’t exceptional. However, I’d suggest using single-serving packs of jam, honey, and cheese in small disposable containers during this period to ensure freshness. As for the hotel’s location, it’s close to Cumhuriyet Street. I wouldn’t say the location is excellent, but it’s not bad either. Keep in mind that you need to walk through a few alleys to reach it. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. Compared to other hotels of the same category in Van, this one offers better quality.
