They have too many hidden fees, everything results in extra fees from parking, to a special covid cleaning fee (there isn't even a mask mandate anymore), phone call use, late checkout fee, parking fee which they don't inform you of free parking from 10pm-9am outside hotel. It's ridiculous.

The front desk staff of the hotel are very polite. Because the original Rosedale Condonminium Hotel suddenly canceled the reservation for no reason, I can only book in this hotel. You can smell moldy when you enter the room. It may be due to poor ventilation. Room 704 is facing Gaojian Bridge. There is a lot of noise from cars and construction, and you will be woken up by the noise early in the morning. The bathroom bathtub seems to have been updated with surfing to consider hygiene issues, which is useless. The parking fee is more expensive than other hotels, 41 Canadian dollars for one night. Vancouver has a suitable climate and is also a beautiful harbor city, but hotels and so on are very expensive. It is said that in order to host the 2026 World Cup, the tax has increased again, so the hotel room rate has also increased.
