"Very nice hotel, not too noisy in the city center, clean and tidy, good service attitude, spacious and bright. Will book this next business trip. Highly recommend friends who give the line."
"As soon as I entered the room, I was shocked by the beautiful view of the bay outside the floor-to-ceiling window! The sea and the sky are one color, so beautiful that it is breathtaking!
180° unbeatable sea view room, when you open your eyes in the morning, you will see the cruise ship and the snow-capped mountains, and the city lights are on at night, and it is super cool to see the night view.
Fairmont is worthy of being the representative of Canada's top luxury hotels, the service is super considerate, just like returning home.
The room is low-key and luxurious European style, with complete facilities, and the bedding is so soft that it feels like sleeping in the clouds.
The hotel is located in Canada Square, with an excellent location. The cruise terminal is across the road, and the SkyTrain Binhai Station is a 3-minute walk away. It is super romantic to walk along the beach in the evening."
"It was a great stay, I was amazed. The ceiling of the Vancouver Hotel, the breakfast was rich and delicious, the waiter was friendly and enthusiastic. The room facilities were perfect, and the bedding was high-end."

"This hotel is best for cruise travel, because it is the nearest place for departure and arrival in Vancouver. Not only for cruise travel, but also the downtown and commerical area in Vancouver. The travel places which include Stanley Park ,conventional centre and gas town. The skytrain is just on the side of the hotel, you can use the sky train the other regions of Vancouver.
I lived 4 nights there with my wife, they cannot provide free parking space for their guest. So that you cannot ask your friend come to visit you in the hotel. The view is the best from your hotel room. I can see the crusies in and out of the harbour and also see the seaplanes flying on the sky and landing on the sea bay. The charge for seaplane of the Vancouver city tour is 199 for each single person, but just half an hour.
This hotel can provde you gym facilities and swimming pool. I recommend you to first time in Vancouver on this hotel."
"This is a long-established hotel. I stayed there a few years ago, and it boasted a classic European décor. This time, it's been renovated to a minimalist European style, making it quite cozy and inviting. Overall, the service and cleanliness were satisfactory. The location is also excellent, right in the heart of downtown Vancouver, conveniently located for shopping, public transportation, and fine dining. However, the main issue is that many of the service details don't quite match the hotel's brand and positioning. There's a ceiling light in the living room, which should be the main light source, but I couldn't find the switch. Even after I called the waiter in to ask, he still didn't know where it was. The bathroom was very basic, similar to the standard of a Four Seasons hotel in China. The power outlet next to the bed wasn't working, and a tangled mess of wires lay exposed on the floor between the bed and the nightstand. The most perplexing aspect was the Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The speed was extremely slow and unreliable, frequently disconnecting. At its best, it was only around 100kbps, among the slowest in international hotels. The waiter was aware of this and offered no solutions. Fairmont, a prestigious and established luxury hotel in North America, was a disappointment during my stay. The overall impression was that it was declining."
"We booked a room with a balcony and were given one that was located thirty two floors up. We had a spectacular view of the city, ocean and the mountains. Posted picture is from the balcony. We were also able to access from our hotel the Greyline bus and tour the city. The hotel is somewhat pricey but well worth the money. Restaurants and bars are nearby."
"Second stay here at the Hyatt Regency. Good place to stay pre/post cruise. Not hard to push your luggage to/from Canada place on your own if that suits you. Good sized rooms, big TV, good amenities"
"I have some concerns regarding my experience at The Sutton Hotel. Firstly, I noticed that the front desk staff didn't seem very patient or eager to assist Chinese guests like myself. This made me feel somewhat unwelcome.
Secondly, I found the hotel rooms to be quite dusty, despite our efforts to keep them clean. Surprisingly, the dust accumulated rapidly on the bedside table and telephone. I suspect that the air inside the room might be the cause of this issue, as even the air conditioning panel appeared to be covered in dust.
I believe these observations are worth addressing by the hotel management to improve the overall experience for all guests, regardless of their nationality. It would be beneficial if steps were taken to enhance the cleanliness of the rooms and ensure a more welcoming and accommodating atmosphere for all visitors."
"The hotel has a small appearance and is very old. The location is excellent. It is very convenient to get to the city center. The room size and facilities are very satisfactory. The only thing I don't understand is that there is a line in the booking introduction that there are alcoholic drinks in the room, but in fact Only capsule coffee and bottled water are provided, and alcohol is charged. If this is the case, why do you still write it? What is the need?"

Amazing
NNancy JolieWe stay in Paradox King with bath. The room itself is just right, bright and very spacious. The pool bar and hot tub is prety remarkable as well. The hotel location is perfect for our needs; centered to business, restaurants, and shopping. It's always one of our hotel choices when visitting Vancouver, might be yours, too.

Amazing
GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs.
The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting.
For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

Bbellawang57This hotel is absolutely fantastic! After flying all the way from South America, I was so impressed. The Wi-Fi was fast, the room amenities were great, and the shower pressure was especially amazing. I'll definitely be staying here again!

JJAY DAEGEONI recently had the pleasure of visiting Vancouver and staying at this amazing hotel, The front desk staff were incredibly kind. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after exploring. The location was perfect, making it easy to navigate around the nature. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

Very Good
JJerryThe area isn't the best. Within walking distance of better areas. However, the immediate street and few blocks can be less desirable in one direction. There is a night club right under the hotel. Also, we stayed a couple days apart and when we came back the front glass door pane had been broken. Didn't look great with a boarded up door in the front entrance. Building is older and has the uneven flooring but that is consistent with other old buildings. The building seems decently maintained and clean but can't get rid of some of the quirks of an old building.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserThe location and environment are very good, the room is also very large, although it smells a bit like old wood, it is quite clean, and the sister in charge of contact is also very enthusiastic, the experience is very good.
RrohitsharingThe downtown location makes it easy to navigate to different places although I feel you have to rely on Uber / Lyft / public transportation for convenience, so any other well connected location should be fine. The hotel has fitness center that I didn’t go to. There’s a 7-Eleven right next door making it easier to get supplies.

Good
DDoakeyThe location is really the best value for money!! If you are sensitive to noise from the pub on the first floor, it might be serious. It's okay, but if you want good facilities and service, I don't recommend it. If you just want to sleep and have a temporary base, it's okay!! It's a facility that's over 100 years old, so it's vulnerable to soundproofing and cold protection.

GGuest UserThe location of the B&B is good, within 10 minutes' walk from the subway station and bus station, with convenient transportation. You can buy compass recharge cards or disposable paper cards at the subway station, which are convenient for traveling in the city. The room is clean and tidy, and the kitchen utensils and seasonings are all available, making it very convenient to cook. The landlord is warm and thoughtful in service, and if you stay for a long time, you may even get free local high-quality fruits.
AaaliaaliLocation is in downtown. Walking distance for shopping, eating, and public transport. Room is good. The staffs are humble. Bar is downstair and guest can get discount. We could hear the noise from outside till 3-4am.
