"Hotel location is in the heart of shopping area. Famous landmarks are within few minutes - even Canada Place is just 15minutes walk straight. If you will come from Pacific Central Station - this is just less than USD10 taxi to reach the hotel. Staff are very welcoming. Room is perfect for us - i like the wash room very spacious, towels are well arranged in rack, most importantly it has wooden floors where it's not too cold for the feet. Beds are comfortable to sleep on and room is very quiet. I highly recommend this place - eateries are within 5 mins walk (Mcdonalds, Kfc, Jollibee, Thai, Tacos, Pizza, bars, etc. Stay here is you want best shopping stores and can find anything here"

"Pros: The bedding was very comfortable, and the duvet was just the right thickness. Having a microwave in the room was very convenient, and the mini-fridge was restocked with 2-3 bottles of mineral water daily. We returned to the hotel late in the morning, and they readily agreed to a late check-out. Cons: The room we were given was very noisy; the window soundproofing was terrible. We heard car horns, alarms, and ambulances and police sirens from downstairs, along with all sorts of other miscellaneous sounds. Additionally, the smoke alarm in the room would inexplicably go off in the middle of the night. The toilet in the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly in the corners, with residual urine stains."

"I'm giving a five-star review for a couple of very specific reasons. Yes, this hotel is beautiful, elegant, clean, conveniently located, affordable, and reasonably well appointed. However, a great review requires more than that. I stayed at the Grand Park twice in the last ten days: one night on my way to Mexico, and one night on my way back. My first night, going down, was pretty much awful. The room was lovely and clean and comfortable--but as soon as I lay down to sleep I could tell that it had at one time been a smoking room (the hotel is currently completely non-smoking). The odour would probably have been slight or negligible to most people, but I am one of those canaries who has become hyper-sensitive to scents and chemicals--not a situation I would wish on anyone. Additionally, there were people nearby making noise until 4:30 am, at which point I gave up trying to get any sleep at all. I received a request to review the hotel after that stay, but I held off, knowing I was going back. This time, when I checked in, I explained the problems I'd had. I asked if I might have a room that had never been a smoking room in an area with few or no other guests nearby. The Night Auditor was obviously genuinely concerned about the poor quality of my previous stay and absolutely intent on providing me with the best chance of a good stay this time around, and found me a new room. The room was again clean, beautifully appointed, and utterly quiet. There was no underlying odour indicating it had ever been a smoking room, and I fell asleep easily and had a deep and restful sleep. The same driver who had picked me up from the airport drove me there again that morning and we had a great conversation. It's clear he respects this Hotel as an employer which says a lot. We both agreed the Grand Park sign on the shuttle needs to be A LOT bigger as several of us thought we'd been stranded at the airport, never seeing the Grand Park shuttle, when in fact it had come around three times, with only the Comfort Inn door sign visible.  This is not an expensive hotel. It is not a new hotel either. And it's not one of the Big 5. It can't and shouldn't be held to those standards. But it's clean, comfortable, beautiful, affordable, safe, and well serviced with caring staff. And most important in my view, they course correct when they know there's a problem. That's the hotel equivalent of emotional intelligence, and that is the single most valuable currency of our time."

"Great location close to sky train. Facilities are a little bit outdated. Swimming pool is pretty big but the water temperature is low for winter time. It did not have a place to take a fully shower after swimming. We were waken up by the fire alarm in the middle of the night at 1:30Am and need to walk all the way down from 11th floor. It took them 30 minutes to clear the fire alarm and they could not fix the elevator after it. So people without disabilities would need to climb over 10th floors of stairs to get back to sleep. The rest of the people will have to wait till the elevator is being fixed. We felt so hard to get back to sleep once again after this much of exercise. When we checked out the next morning with a lady at lobby, we asked if there are any compensation for the fire alarm situation last night , she only said it is for safety concerns so they will not give ANY compensation for it. The thing is when we asked what caused this alarm, she only said it is still being investigated. We were so disappointed at their response because the fire alarm issue could be on hotel’s fault if it was fault alarm. They do not even know if it was really for safety side or it is because of their poor alarm system."

"Today was my second booking with the hotel and im very satisfied with almost everything. The location is very convenient as there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. Even the sky train is just a few minutes walk. That aside, the hotel is very clean and neat. Few kitchen stuff is also provided. Staff is also friendly and approachable."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Vancouver. The location is excellent—central and convenient for getting around the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and we would happily stay here again."

"Facilities: There's a kitchenette, but I couldn't find any pots or pans in the room. Plus, the kitchen and bedroom are in the same space, so cooking wasn't really an option. Cleanliness: The hygiene was generally okay, but it definitely felt like an older hotel. Service: The service was great, with a 24-hour front desk that was very responsive to any questions or issues. Parking: The parking fee was absolutely outrageous 😱😱😱 It cost 46 for one day 🔪🔪😡😡. I definitely wouldn't recommend renting a car there if you're not planning to leave Vancouver."

"The room was spacious and clean, with disposable slippers and lotion which were very practical. The complimentary morning coffee and lemon water were fantastic. The hotel's location is very convenient; you can walk to the shopping street, attractions, and Chinatown. Excellent value for money, and the front desk service was incredibly warm and welcoming.❤️"

"Cons: It was incredibly noisy outside, and the soundproofing was terrible. Even though I was on the lowest floor (3rd floor), had earplugs in, and kept the windows closed, I could still hear a constant rumbling. The facilities were outdated, and the lighting was dim. Paying over 1000 for a single room for one night felt a bit overpriced. Pros: Shopping nearby was very convenient. After checking out, the front desk lady let me use the lounge to charge my phone. The deposit refund was processed very quickly. Although the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, the food tasted good, and it was included in the price."

"The location is super convenient! You can walk to Stanley Park, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the famous Robson Street, where you'll find plenty of options for dining and shopping. There's even a free shuttle to Capilano Bridge Park right around the corner, in front of the Hyatt Regency hotel, which is incredibly handy. There are tons of restaurants and cafes nearby, making this one of the best locations in downtown Vancouver. The service was also good, and the little handmade doll in the room was really cute – though it costs $40, which was a bit of a shame, haha. Check-in and check-out were both quick. The only downside is that the price isn't cheap, and it can be a bit unaffordable during peak season. But having experienced it once, it was definitely worth it."
