Comfortable rooms though it must be Accor policy not to have air conditioning switched on as room was very warm due to thundery weather and thunderstorm which flooded and brought down the ceiling in the restaurant. Air-conditioning was not available though advertised and installed. Staff were helpful in all respects especially Thomas who was happy to share recommendations of restaurants and was obliged to cope with the difficult situation of the storm damage meaning that some guests were unable to get anything to eat.

We stayed for just two nights but it was excellent. Having stayed at other Mercures, everything was as expected. What wasn’t expected was the service provided by Thomas Croissant. It was absolutely stellar. He made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. All in all, a fabulous stay in a fabulous town. Ask for Mr. Croissant when you get there. Btw, he speaks English, Spanish, Italian and of course French. We had fun speaking all four languages with him.

Si vous venez un week-end surtout ne pas prendre de chambre côté parking parc expo/ Kasino Car il y a des boites de nuits et jusqu’à plus de 4h du matin vous aurez le droits à la musique, chant et cris des fetards Je suis surpris de la mauvaise qualité de l’isolation phonique

L’hotel si trova nella zona del porto canale di Vannes, Parcheggio interno ampio molto comodo. Camera grande con vista porto. Colazione molto abbondante con dolce e salato. Personale molto gentile. Prezzo adeguato alla struttura. Se dovessi tornare a Vannes ritornerei in questo hotel.

Hotel Mercure con todo lo que espero de esta marca. Habitación muy amplia y confortable, camas muy cómodas, bien insonorizado, buena climatización, amplio baño. lo mas importante, todo muy limpio, excelente trabajo de las Kellys, mis felicitaciones, así como el resto del personal del hotel. Mencionar también el excelente restaurante Edgar, con acceso directo desde el hall del hotel, carta muy variada, calidad excelente de sus productos y personal muy amable y simpático.

Une chambre qui mérite d'être restaurée... Presque digne d'une chambre d'hôpital. Je n'ai jamais eu une chambre aussi triste dans un mercure. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. L'hôtel devrait revoir toute sa décoration et mieux l'entretenir ! Dommage... On retiendra une très belle ville : Vannes !

Gentillesse et professionnalisme de l’accueil! Chambres grandes et propres rien à redire. Mention spéciale pour le jeune homme de l’accueil qui nous a conseillé un très bon restaurant sur Vannes et donné des idées de visite avec les enfants sur Aradon et St Goustan. L’hôtel est au calme et à distance très raisonnable du centre-ville. Séjour 3 nuits arrivée le 03/08/2024 (famille Blanc)
