I had a pleasant stay at the Velis Hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for resting after a day of sightseeing. The service was very nice, the cleaning staff was always friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay there again. Plus, for the price it's very good, it's also very well located.

Much improved. Everything is very clean. The rooms are quite spacious, and it is practically close to everything. The staff is always attentive to any inconvenience and the cleaner was very kind when we asked for something for the room.

Pesima atencion y consideracion. Hice la reserva y de camino llame para abisar que llegaria un poco tarde para hacer el chek-in i me dijeron que no me iban a esperar i que me cancelaban la reserva. Les dije que si no me lo podian dejar en algun sitio y se negaron. Minsorpresa fue que al final me ospede en el hotel de al lado y vi que el hotel velis tenia consignas de llaves que ellos te dan un codigo para tu recojerlas y en recepcion ponia en un letrero chek-in 24 h 7 dias a la senana. Indignante i mas saniendo que viajabamos de lejos con niños y a 7h de camino.
