"4 star it wasn’t. No water in fridge. Not everyone drinks tap water. Had to buy from bar. No water fountains. Reception bar etc was very basic. Room service limited and no kettle in room or coffee machine. 😩 I’ve stayed at better 2/3 star and hostels. Spa was limited on facilities and opening times. No jacuzzi? It was no better if not worse than Travel Lodge in UK. Thery are fine but you don’t expect luxury from them. Don’t expect luxury from 4 star but certainly better than what I got. Won’t be back."

Hotel Miraya Beach ★★

"We were forced to stay here as my wife booked it and realised she had made a mistake as we wanted a balcony , she contacted the hotel straight away and explained and of course was willing to pay the extra but their response was NO and there was no chance of a refund ( so be careful when booking ) The hotel is very small . Our room had a flip out table but only one chair we had to use the bathroom chair. The room could do with a kettle. We never used their cafe/ bar as we didn’t want to give them more money , we used local places so their loss The view from the window wasn’t much to shout about The rooms are very small . The power system is awkward as you have to hand your key in every time and that has the plastic card to keep the lights on so when you leave or enter the room While its dark you can not see anything, also the light switches for the stairs are not where the should be so again you are in the dark The maids do keep the rooms spotless though We wouldn’t go back as there are better places a few hundred yards away"
