We went on a family vacation and everything was great. Clean and good size rooms, nice food and awesome spa. Great place for vacation, it has pools for kids and for mature people so that everyone can take what they need. My wife had birthday at the time we were there, they even gave her a little present nothing special but it was a compliment from the hotel. From personal experience it was relaxing and positive.

First impression was quite positive, rooms are fine, the spa is nice, I was quite surprised that there was no free water in a 5 star property, breakfast was quite cold, hardly any fruit let alone fresh juice, artificial flowers on the table made my day:) , spa might be a 5*, but the rooms, service and food are definitely no more than 3* for £110 per night.

Through Infinity I rediscovered the spa vacations! Super comfortable; top location - near the city centre, but near the forest as well; very nice staff, always helpful and kind - in the restaurant, in the spa, on the reception and the ladies, responsible for the rooms! The food is very good and delicious, congrats to the chef! And the variety of spa services is huge! The outdoor pool is perfect and it’s next to a wonderful small forest! In April I was there again but with friends and the experience was great! Probably only a bar is missing. I recommend it!!!
