"Dear future guests of Hotel "Kashmir", Velingrad! With the best of feelings, I would like to warn you about the following: If you are traveling to the hotel with a teenager who on the way to Velingrad had the misfortune of losing or having his card stolen, you have no right to go to the trouble of getting to the hotel. He will definitely show you the way out, because your teenager does not have an ID card, and he cannot prove that he is over the required age of 14 /the hotel is adults only, so there is nothing wrong with it/, never mind that the young man in question is 2m tall, weighs two times his mother's and his chest is twice the size of his father's. But, madam the manager at the reception is iron! If the young man in question cannot prove that he has reached the coveted 14 years, he should go where he came from, and it doesn't matter if you come from 200 or 1200 km. Sympathy and willingness to help is NONE! Madam I merely turn my back on you, and go to her chambers / i.e. the little room next to reception/, proud and pleased with a job well done to offend and drive away the already worried guests. The case was solved after luckily we found a copy of the card in his phone / God bless technology/, and it finally became clear that the young gentleman is 17 years old. By coincidence we are in this hotel and will not repeat."

"Very disappointing stay. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Any questions or requests were met with attitude instead of help. On top of that, the food was very poor quality — bland, poorly prepared, and nowhere near what you’d expect from a hotel. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unpleasant, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I definitely won’t be returning."

"Our stay was very relaxing and restful. The location of the hotel is very convenient - close to the main road, shops and restaurants. The Kleptuza Park is also nearby.T he atmosphere is friendly - lots of young people with small children.The rooms are clean, comfortable. We were in a deluxe room. Large terrace, comfortable mattresses and pillows. Soft towels and slippers. Large TV with a variety of channels. There is a safe and a mini bar. The room is equipped with silent air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, as well as free water, coffee and tea as a compliment.The price corresponds to the quality. Upon arrival at the reception we were greeted with champagne and sweets. The main restaurant has a rich buffet - for every taste - There is a children's menu, live music. The breakfast is more than rich and includes freshly squeezed lime juice, nuts and diet milks.The service was top-notch - friendly staff right at the reception, and there were welcome drinks - smoothies - in front of the restaurant.The desserts were unique - there was everything, including fruit and ice cream.In addition to the restaurant, the hotel has a Viennese pastry shop, a children's corner, a night bar and another restaurant. The spa center is unique with all kinds of extras."

"The massage was fabulous!! The lady who massage me was very kind… the room temparature was good. The lady was from Bali and could speak better english than turkish.. ı had a a classic massage for 45 min and it was enough.. especially after so much walk it made me relax.. l highly recommend it"

"I booked the hotel online based on the reviews I saw in ***********, trip advisor and hotel website. Hotel website and booking has promoted their best room being 23m2, no other rooms, and same was confirmed over phone that all rooms are as per the web site. Once we arrived we were stroked to see awkward hotel room. Room- small about 13-14 m2. Food- very little variety. The vegetables were most untasted vegetables I ever tasted, which were claimed to be from home farm. The SPA is far from modern facilities, situated in the basement, in small multiple rooms. All is very dated. There is No lobby where you can have a coffee. The only decent thing I could mention is the swimming pool. Regardless it was nothing special to elevate the hotel value to the price levels of a very good 4star hotel in Velingrad. Following was add in internet as available in the rooms, it was not available, or in very poor condition: - TV- very poor signal, it was freezing, very annoying, - internet- very poor, upload/download 4.46/0.84mbps, measured with ookland. - safe- no safe - mini bar- nil, damaged fridge, unplugged, when I plugged, it was smelling on burnt insulation. - mattress was smaller (1.4m) on large bed base. - laminated floor- in extremely poor condition. - room had 2 pillows, and you will get 2nd pillow if you ask for it and you will receive a pillow case if you ask additionally. The hotel generally looks very-very dated. High price for cheap value."
