We had a single day itinerary at Venice with arrival by train & early morning flight next day .. TA experts advised staying at Piazzale Roma for ease of access to airport shuttle .. Initially I was considering Mestre & so glad TA advised me against that .. Piazzale Roma was convenient & so was CaDoge .. Property is nicer than online reviews & photos .. Location was easy to access to Venice sights .. Room was nice & bathroom was lovely .. While we didnot have major expectations since it was a conscious selection for proximity to airport shuttle at 5.30am with large bags, it turned out fine .. Reception lady was nice & explained how to access room post reception hours .. Didnt face any issue in access .. No lift so minor trouble there but were pre-informed .. Fridge, coffee maker & water in room .. Overall decent stay & no issue

Pretty spacious and comfortable hotel rooms. There is also air-conditioning in the stairwell. The hotel is close to the train and ferry station, and is easy to find. The only issue may be that it doesn't have a lift (so u have to carry ur luggage up the stairs?)

A small hotel in a great spot to explore Venice.The room was basic and clean enough.The location is great just two steps from the bus stop when you arrive to Venice and almost twenty minutes walk to the main attractions.the vaporreto stop is very close too.

Indecent, dirty, poorly maintained accommodation and paid like a 4-star hotel in a "normal" period of stay (180€/night). Let's not talk about what we had to do to access it!! At that cost I expect adequate 24 hour service. I consider it immoral and shameful!

Expensive bed and breakfast and does not serve breakfast. For this and other reasons I advise against it. Elegant and comfortable rooms, congested parking. We are left with the doubt of having paid the tourist tax twice

It is a very bad hotel, which has the advantage that if you go by car, it is in Plaza Roma itself and has its own parking. That is the only reason there is to go to this hotel. It is tremendously bad, noisy and somewhat dirty. The staff, like the hotel. A horror.

Excellent for the court, but also for visiting the city as it is just a few meters from the vaporetto stop. Very kind staff always available to meet the guest's needs. Spacious and comfortable room with all comforts. Even if there is no breakfast, outside the hotel you will find several bars. Highly recommended
