We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel San Buena! The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We would have a few minor suggestions. Better quality toilet paper and another trash can in the room.
I look forward to the hotel adding other amenities like a restaurant, pool and spa!

I stayed for a family event. The hotel itself and the rooms were fabulous ... spacious, airy, high ceilings, big bathroom and luxurious towels. The close proximity to downtown was a plus. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and efficient.

Understated elegance matched with vintage roots defines this fantastically refurbished hotel. We stayed one night to drink in the pleasures of Ventura and Ojai, but strangely found ourselves content relaxing on the patio watching the hustle of downtown and enjoying a fantastic mix of fine meats and cheeses provided from the bar in the lobby. I don’t know where else I would pick to stay in Ventura as it is not like anything else in the area. You certainly pay for what you get, but just having the option to splurge is great.
