Настолько уютное место, такая приятная и комфортная энергетика! Я просто в восторге! Очень хорошо прошло заселение, очень красивый ремонт! Чайник, кофе, чай, сливки, вода. В ванной очень красиво и удобно! Очень мягкий матрас и удобные подушки. Завтрак заслуживает отдельной похвалы! Очень все вкусно и невероятно продумано до мелочей! Я в восторге! Обязательно рекомендую это место и обязательно вернусь если буду в Вероне!!

Прекрасный отель в самом центре. Замечательный персонал. Все чисто, уютно. Понравилось!

設施：聽齊全的，還有熱水壺 衞生：很乾凈 環境：位置特別好，離主要景點都可以步行，窗外的景色一絕，可以看照片。 服務：服務差點意思，前台是一個意大利老太太，一點英文都不會説，全程拿翻譯軟件交流，可以算沒有前台，經常找不到人。約好10點半退房存行李，她記錯成10點還來埋怨我遲到了。 這個不能算是酒店，算是個民宿，介意的不要定。 還有就是維羅納打車特別不方便，最好住個能幫忙打車的酒店，不是招手就停的那種出租車，退房的時候沒打到車，最後沒辦法拖着兩個大箱子走了20分鐘到火車站

The hotel is located in a unique location, 5 minutes walk from the Bra Square and the summer sand. The very comfortable room, breakfast, good and varied, is made in the hotel just in front of the front rack.

臨時定的，酒店位置很好，乾淨整潔很寬敞，含免費早餐，早餐在馬路對面的咖啡館，包含一個可頌、一個迷你三明治、一杯果汁、一杯咖啡。 服務人員面無表情，態度比較冷漠，倒是很專業，該交代的都認真説明。好在不太需要打交道。

Innanzitutto la doccia era sporca, non c’era acqua nel frigo e siamo morti di sete perché non ce l’aspettavamo e il giorno dopo abbiamo dovuto comprarne molta. Le capsule del caffè pochissime rispetto alle notti in cui dovevamo stare. Poi abbiamo pagato 30€ in più e il proprietario ha detto che era colpa della piattaforma, ma sembra strano.

I was skeptical reading previous reviews but decided to give it a try for one night during my business trip as I’m an IHG member. Having experienced staying at 5 different hotels in this city — most of them within walking distance on Corso Porta Nuova (main street leading from the train station to many main attractions) — I can say that Indigo was among one of my top 2 choices. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated — the headboard of the bed immediately attracted attention, striking but elegant, with paintings seemingly telling romantic tales of the city’s history; open wardrobe was clever as it made the room seem spacious while leaving plenty of space for hanging clothes and jackets especially on a rainy day. The balcony was a super nice touch and was my favorite to come back to in the evening with a view of charming Verona at night watching people and cars passing by. Two chairs, a coffee table with blankets and a little bit of floral decorations. I spent a fair bit of time despite the cold and rain, soaking in the beautiful images which were among the most special memories I’d carry with me from this trip. Check-in was super efficient. Anna at the reception was an absolute joy to meet and interact with. She’s super kind, thoughtful and professional in helping me with storing my suitcase as I was in a rush to catch my train to a nearby city on a rainy day; she gave clear, accurate info helping me to go to the train station within 10mins; and on the next day, kindly offered recommendations for cafes. Her passion and enthusiasm and friendliness is above and beyond many of her peers. Her genuine smile stands out from others who might be just trying to get their job done. You can tell Anna is truly exceptional and a wonderful ambassador for Hotel Indigo. Keep up the good work! Breakfast service was super efficient, friendly, attentive. The professional and thoughtful gentleman offered multiple times coffee, tea, orange juice, etc, making sure each guest had everything needed for a good start of the day, quickly clearing dishes while guests stepped away - perfectly seamless. Truly outstanding attention to details. The restaurant offered a good variety of food choices: raw veggies are rare in hotel breakfast buffet but here they did so that was a plus in my book. Fresh fruits, muesli, (no sugar-added) yogurt and scrambled eggs were my go-to. Although I didn’t eat pastries or bread or drink Prosecco for breakfast, if that’s something you like then you’d be pleased to know they offered plenty to satisfy different tastes. The only thing that prevented Indigo from making my No. 1 choice in Verona was the shower. I requested specifically for a shower because from the photos shared by other travelers and reviews many commented that the bath look dated and needed update. I personally do not take baths in hotels so having a new, good water pressure shower with fast efficient drain would be way more important. They did honor my request with a standup shower corner stall. However, the square-shaped shower stall area was so small that my elbows (I’m petite size female) kept knocking on the glass doors. I believe they’re scheduled for major renovation in Jan-Feb 2024 so it’d be interesting to see if they remodel the bathrooms and showers.

Location awesome, walking distance to town. All in all, nothing to complain about. Everything went well. Room was clean, large and the private bathroom - though not ensuite, was great . Communication also clear and fuss free via whatsapp with the propriétaire.

It is not badly located, next to the station and the historical center, in the room is clean, there is all necessary, fresh repair, friendly staff. What can be improved: The automatic registration system does not work perfectly (just after its passing did not come a message to the mail, came a couple of hours later, and the girl administrator arrived in 5 minutes, so it was not necessary to wait). Hotel recommends if you are in Veronica, I am pleased to stop again:)

The location is good, in 15 minutes you can walk to most of the attractions and restaurants. Staff is very nice. The room is spacious enough for our family of 3. There is even a jacuzzi in the bathroom but just no time to try it! Verona is a city full of young people. Can see groups of students everywhere. Not just going to touch the famous Juliette's breast!
