I chose this hotel more by accident than planning but I was so very pleased when we arrived. The location is great as it is within short walks to busses, trams and trains. The receptionists are super helpful to explain how to get to different places.
Our room was a fantastic size with a super comfortable bed.
The bathroom was lovey and warm and had everything we needed.
I love the fact the hotel works towards being eco friendly and we chose not to have a daily clean to help with this.
I would highly recommend anyone to book a stay here. We’ll certainly come back.
The original room allocated was dirty and they did not service it on my first day. They changed the room upon my feedback and there forth cleanliness was up to standard. Though I always find a variety of bugs and insects in my room every day, from a spider the size of half my palm to beetle etc. Guess that is a result of being too close to the garden?
Overall good. Location is outside the city centre but accessible public transport, tram and train station are around 10 mins walk. Half an hour to airport with train. Easy to find. With 10 mins walk can go to a street with supermarket and cafe. The hotel does not supply bottle water but I we were told we can drink straight from the tap. For those not used to drink tap water, have to go supermarket to get before 6p.m. shop here close early.

It's located in the center of town, so it's easy to get to anywhere. It's great!
But it's nice and quiet at night.
The room is quite spacious, and the only inconvenience is that the shower room doesn't have a door, but other than that it was great!
Good location, 30 min by foot from the city center or 100m from the metro station. Managed to find a free (weekend) parking spot in front of the hotel with ыщьу help from a hotel staff member. Everyone was kind and helpful. Room was clean and in good shape. The only thing it did lack was a socket near a bed. Breakfast was good and for a reasonable price,
Room is clean, spacious and cater for old people with wheel chair. A few Minimarket nearby for groceries. 15 min walk to Naschmarkt and 40 min walk to St Stephen's Cathedral. The long walk make easy by all window shopping along the way.
The refrigerator is charged, and there is no price list. Be sure to pay attention to avoid pitfalls. Secondly, don't arrive early. I arrived half an hour early and the staff told me that it was not the check-in time. The main thing is that he didn't even check whether the room was ready and told me directly that it was not the time.

THE HOTEL IS 30 MINUTES FROM THE CENTER BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT.
”This hotel has a great historical background, which gives it a unique charm. Both inside and outside, it is truly beautiful, and offers spectacular views of the city. Personally, I think the rooms could benefit from a renovation. It is worth noting that the bathroom in our room had underfloor heating, a very nice detail. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. For those who want to know more about the history of this emblematic place, I recommend looking for information on Google.”

The Hotel is clean, efficient and well appointed. The Hotel staff is a little aloof, not exactly warm and fuzzy to deal with. My room had a halogen light outside the window with no blockout blinds, which was annoying. The only other criticism I'd have is that the coffee machines they use, don't make very good coffee. Clean and efficient, yes, but not tasty at all!
I like it very much. The subway is very early. The opposite is the zoo. There are many things to eat around. The hotel is very cost-effective. I will stay here next time I go to Vienna.

GGuest UserI stayed on my first trip to Vienna. It was convenient to move around about 7 minutes by my feet to the bus stop and subway station respectively. I arrived before check-in time, but I was happy to respond immediately. It was a pity that the drainage ditch of the shower was a little bad, and the water did not flow after use, so I struggled to clean my feet. The breakfast was delicious with many handmade items.
