No air conditioner, it’s almost impossible to survive in the room now when it’s +30 outside. They put cooler but it’s very loud and we could not use it at night. Bed is not comfortable

A great place to stay for exploring Wien our score 9/10 Communication with the team was excellent and instructions to gain access really simple. The app based comms and smart card makes everything speedy and really clear. Given global warming would be a score of 10/10 if the rooms had air con A short distance from the Historic centre, shops, bars, nightlife and close to some amazing parks and gardens. It's basically a self check-in, self check-out apartment. We found it very easy to operate. There is a lady at the front desk but we didn't need to ask her for help at all. The location is great, next to the central station. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room is really decent and clean. The kitchen is highly functional to us, except that there is no Kettle for boiling water. The bathroom is very clean and big enough. The one for all shampoo, body wash could be improved.  The room is quiet at night.  We also love the self service of getting bed mattress by ourselves. Check-in and check-out have never been so easy. The idea of providing salt, sugar and oil at the common area for shared use is so fantastic, and I have never seen this excellent service in other European Hotels or Hostels.  It is very close to the Train Station, and 4 mins walk from the nearest supermarket Lidl !! The instant email replies from the CS service are also warm and friendly.  They provide utensils when requested and facilitate our cooking a lot! We would recommended this hotel to our friends ;) Thank you very much

It’s near Wein Hbf, just around walk distance 10 min. The only one thing was Saturday and Sunday have no employee at the reception. I couldn’t use the check in code enter the hotel, until someone came out then open the door.

Effortless check-in and check-out. Clean. The location is great—right next to the Vienna Central Railway station, and it is also walkable to the city center. Enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. The price is also really great!
