Excellent service from the greeting at reception to dealing with requests nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast was excellent.
Rooms extremely clean and comfortable if maybe a little small.

Both the hotel and room were nice and clean. The location was within walkable distance to major attractions; 10 min to opera house, 20 min to St Stephen’s. The breakfast was good but not spoiled with choices. Recommendable and value for money.

酒店離金色大廳比較近，步行可至。辦理入住時提供水果和水。還好到的時候沒有人排隊，辦理入住是需要花一些時間的。整體感覺是很乾淨，裝修復古。

雖然會在巷子裡頭，感覺上海很有品味，房間感覺也蠻精緻的，餐點非常得好，尤其是早餐，服務態度也很不錯，只是上下樓梯稍微有一點點不方便。
