It's terrible. The room is old and the hotel amenities and supplies are not up to par with a star-rated hotel. I asked for a few bottles of water and was told I'd be charged for it. For a room over 7,000 RMB a night, I still need to pay for water? There's absolutely no service at all. No fruit, no help with luggage, and the faucets are all broken. As soon as I turn them on, they're cold. I stayed like this for four nights. The room has no view. It's terrible.

The room was renovated 10 years ago and it's time to update the facilities. However, the hotel front desk still attaches great importance to the guests' check-in experience. When I checked in, the room next door was still making loud noises at 12 o'clock one night, so I called the front desk directly to complain. Within half an hour, The room next door was silent. Later, the front desk took the initiative to ask if this matter had affected the check-in experience. They could only say that it was not true. It was just that their front desk had zero tolerance for excessive things and took the initiative to stop practical actions to solve the problem.
