O.k. apartment for the price. Not the cleanest and unfortunately no elevator. The chairs were all but falling apart. 4 nights there and no change of towels. Very noisy at night at the end apartments with the train right outside. Good location though close to Schloss Schönbrunn.

The apartment was very nicely appointed, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very responsive to communications via WhatsApp. Touchless entry worked like a charm. Very close to public transportation, so getting into the city center was cheap and easy.

The apartment was very nice but my TV didn´t work, internet fail a lot and on the 4 nights i stay there they didn´t clean the apartment any day, and i just have one towel set for all 4 nights, the rest is ok, this is the only things i think they need to improve for next guests. If they didn´t clean the apartment during our stay at least must leave more towels to change. They have a parking lot just for my car and i like that.

Good for the commute into Vienna on the 62 trolley at the top of the road, plus we got free parking for our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable with every thing you need. Good coffee machine as well. Only negative !!!!! trains, say no more.

Everything was clean, the location was good for us, because we projected to go to the zoo with our son. The communication was fast and flexible. We will return here, if you want a basic, good prise accomodation, this a good choise. We were at the 3rd floor, no elevator.

The Man on the phone was very rude. Informed us in a sarcastic way that we just have 2 towels for the 15 days stay. There is a cleaning fee for 35€ once and that could be just the only reason to get fresh towels. Lmao what a joke. Well, the location is nice! Near by the tram. The rooms smelled very weird and were dirty. Old furniture. All in one. I would not stay there again.
