This is a two star hotel masquerading as a four star ihg branding hotel. Hotel amenities were nonexistent(no toilet amenities, no tissues, nothing at all) and kettle given by reception was rusty!

東歐四國自由行最後兩晚再次入住這家酒店，這次預訂了兩晚家庭房，相當於兩個卧室、其中一個卧室兼客廳，還有個簡易電磁灶，可以自己做簡單的早餐。酒店距離維也納中央火車站步行約7-8分鐘，出行特別方便，臨街都是雙層窗户，夜裡聽不到車水馬龍聲。

在歐洲16年，體驗最差的酒店，環境老舊，屋內無咖啡機，飲用水，由於咳嗽加重，當我要求喝熱水時，服務員冰冷告訴我喝衞生間水管的水！當然我知道水可以直接喝，但是這是符合服務標準的回答嗎？洗澡衹能站浴缸裏洗，浴缸很臟，明顯污漬！打電話要求提前退房，也被拒絕❌！早餐也差到極致！這個價格比周邊幾個連鎖都貴，不知道攜程怎麼能讓這個酒店進駐，攜程服務及時，但是不結局問題。糟糕的旅程！

交通便利，離火車站很近，特別適合非自駕旅遊的客人。房間設施非常滿意，寫字枱挺大，電插座多，毛巾也很新。而且最重要的是房費便宜。
