I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is well-maintained, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a lovely signature scent throughout the lobby, which made me feel instantly relaxed.
The room was clean, comfortable, and offered good value for the price. It came with all the necessary amenities. Although there were only a few power outlets, it wasn't a major inconvenience.
The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked. I especially appreciated the quality of the toiletries, the soap and shower gel had a refreshing scent, and the Amity products were a nice touch.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel right from the first day. Although we requested a room change, the staff promptly accommodated us, and we were very satisfied with the new room. The service was exceptional—everyone was nice, friendly, and helpful.

the photo displayed about the hotel does not correspond to the appearance of the hotel and is misleading - the hotel is located in an unremarkable building from the outside.
The inside is clean and comfortable. At the reception - sweets and fruit water (not always). The reception staff is friendly and helpful. There is a bar and decent breakfasts are served.
The room looks standard good, the mattress is comfortable, the linen is clean, the curtains provide light blockage.
I had a very cramped bathroom - almost no room to turn around (I was forced to use it with the door slightly open).
I was surprised (4-star hotel) by the lack of a kettle in the room and tea/coffee making set, no glasses for water in the room
There are many supermarkets, cafes and restaurants around the hotel
There is a good gym for free access, which in most cases, it seems to me, is empty (which is not surprising)

Wonderful hotel, the room was big, nice and modern. The service was great. Everything was perfect. If I return to Vienna I will return to this hotel without hesitation.

Although it is a little far from the center, there is a tram station right in front of the hotel, so it was not difficult to get around. The room was clean and had a unit bath, which was nice for a Japanese person. I was also grateful that there was a gym.
