Room was clean but the location is further from the city area nearer to the schonbrunn palace. Took a long time to check in even though it was at night. Some of the amenities were not available, body soap was empty and conditioner was not provided.

Stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Vienna Schönbrunn, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel truly lives up to the Hilton standard, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I checked in.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and elegantly designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and functionality. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring Vienna. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, such as the coffee maker and complimentary toiletries.

Bad hotel experience in Austria.
We arrived on time to check in but the room is not ready. Delayed for the hotel check in really waste our time.
Bad attitude staff and untrained.
Really disappointed and I don’t really recommend it.

Hotel is 6 minutes away from the Palace and the train station, it has a huge seating area within the reception area, three lifts to the rooms which are spacious, clean and modern. We had a room with a balcony which is great as the weather was very nice. There are complimentary drinks in the fridge on the first night stay and a free cookie at the reception. My partner and I ventured out all day on the two nights stay there and we managed to get to loads of historical places and landmarks with the use of the very reliable train service. I would also recommend that a day saver ticket or longer if you’re planning on being in Vienna for a while due to the money saved.
Vienna is a beautiful place and I’d recommend the hotel to get to see some of the attractions..
