Basic but just what you need. Hotel staff are helpful. Everything is easy to get to but you will need to walk or get public transport. A budget hotel that’s great for a city break. Traffic is loud from the street but that is expected in a city. Would come stay here again, basic and fair price

Everything was perfect: comfortable bed, clean room, reasonable price, very friendly staff, and very helpful receptionist. I strongly recommend it and if I ever go back to Vienna, I'll surely choose this hotel

Location positiva per un discorso di spostamenti, metro o fermata tram di fronte all'hotel. Tutto il resto purtroppo è negativo!! Una camera nel 2024 non può esistere senza condizionatore in un momento come adesso che ci sono 36 gradi!!!. Purtroppo dovendo tenere le finestre aperte la strada sotto è molto trafficata h24 ed è difficile dormire!!! Wifi presente ma mal funzionante!!!!

Hotel 3 stelle ma in realtá è una pensione. Spazi comuni e sala colazione freddi. In camera termosifoni spenti e devi aprire da solo le valvolve ma nessuno te lo dice. Asciugamani bucare e nonostante la richiesta nn le hanno cambiate. Sciatto

Solamente puedo decir cosas buenas de este hotel: Excelente relacion calidad/precio. Buena ubicación: Aunque no esté en el centro de Viena, se puede llegar a él en un paseo, tranvia o metro, ya que está junto a la parada de metro de Alser Strasse. El servicio es muy cordial y la habitacion tiene lo necesario para el descanso tras la jornada de turismo.

Esperienza per 4 giorni presso questo hotel. Alla nostra rientrata in hotel nessuno era presente alla reception. Hotel poco igienico, nessun cambio di asciugamani e nessuna pulizia in camera. Quello della reception gentile ma alcune volte non presente.

Hotel molto trascurato. Camere piccole, calde in estate e senza aria condizionata. Per dormire la scelta è tra aprire le finestre e respirare senza dormire per il rumore continuo del traffico stradale e della metro o chiuderle e provare a chiudere occhio malgrado rumore attenuato, caldo insopportabile e sveglia all'alba grazie alle tende poco utili. Camere sporche, mai pulite durante il soggiorno. Lenzuola con buchi, cuscini con macchie gialle, buchi e quasi vuoti. Moquette con cattivo odore incluso nel prezzo. Cambiando stanza la situazione non migliora molto (ne ho viste altre). Ascensore vecchio, preferivo le scale. Alla reception si fa difficoltà a parlare anche in inglese, poca cordialità. Unica nota positiva: vicinanza ad una stazione metro e bus ma considerando la vasta rete di metro, tram e bus di Vienna troverete di meglio se cercate questa caratteristica.

Che dire e leggermente lontano dal centro però ha proprio la metropolitana di fronte... Pero purtoppo leggermente sporco, tenuti poco bene e inoltre abbiamo avuto qualche incomprensione ma purtoppo la reception non je ha voluto sapere niente.. pero tutto nimmato non è male anche se io se potessi tornare indietro pagherei qualcosina in più solo per la pulizia.
