There is a kitchen, which is a huge plus. There is no common area where you can sit in the evening without mosquitoes, because the tables are outside and there are a lot of these insects there.
The staff is friendly, but not all of them. Some volunteers do not understand how to talk to guests. In the process of solving the problem, they look at you very aggressively. But this is only one person from the entire staff.
In all other respects, the staff is great, but there are serious problems with insects.

Found a bedbug in my bed, showed it to the staff. They just moved me to another room. I asked to talk to the boss, but no one talked to me for a couple of days to resolve this situation.
On the plus side - there is a kitchen where you can cook. The common area is basically only on the street, where mosquitoes will eat you in the evening.
It was uncomfortable and inconvenient. The staff is kind. But I didn't pay to live with bedbugs.
