"This hotel is great for location and value for you money. We stayed here more than 3 weeks and enjoyed it. The staff are very friendly and helpful and spoke English. The room is small. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom has soap and shampoo and hot water is good. The free breakfast is okay, but you can purchase a full breakfast if you wish. The laundry service is reasonable. You can also buy bus tickets here too. Everything is in walking distance, food night market, Amazon café, Mini C supermarket, restaurants and ATMs. I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay here again when in Laos 🇱🇦"

"The room is average, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the location is excellent for getting around. The only downside is that there are many Chinese tour groups, so it is extremely noisy even in the early hours of the morning, around 2 or 3 AM. Also, please note that there are a lot of cockroaches."

"Hotel is so close to airport around 7 mins walk plus the ambiance of hotel was fantastic. It's clean and beautiful old hotel. Carpet was annoying with luggage but other than that enjoyed my stay. They have free shuttle service and breakfast which is good. Also It's conveniently located close to restaurant and grocery stores. Highly recommended if looking for a place to stay for an early flight back home."

"This is a good hotel, but there is no lift in this hotel, i just notice that after i check in. My room is on the fourth floor, and I have to climb it every day up and down.. 😭 The stairs are also very high, more inclined and higher than ordinary stairs. Breakfast and service were good, and the front desk was friendly."

"Close to Si Hom Market, there's a lot of food variety at night. The room was good, new, clean, and stylish, definitely good value for money. The location is excellent. Breakfast was served individually. The bathroom was nice, and the AC was cold. Coffee, tea, and drinking water were provided. I'm deducting 1 point because the Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out."

"I had an enjoyable stay here, considering I was very unwell. Room was exceptionally clean (cleaner than some i’ve stayed in back home in Australia), newly renovated bathroom is small BUT perfectly enough My only complaint about my room (this may not apply to other rooms), is the water pressure was SO HIGH. This made the spray gun next to the toilet almost impossible to use without it being painful. There would be about a 5-6 second time frame where it would lose most pressure and be usable, but then shoot back to the usual pressure. The shower also had pressure and temperature issues, every 30 seconds or so it would lose pressure and temperature, and then shoot back up way beyond the set temperature. It was pretty frustrating!"

"This was my first time in Laos, so I chose the familiar JI Hotel chain. Their standardization is excellent, from service to cleanliness, and even the scent when you walk in is just like JI Hotels back home in China. A huge thank you to the Chinese manager, a Thai guy, and a local lady at the front desk. They recommended some great places to visit in Vientiane, helped us get medicine when we had an upset stomach, and assisted us with various other issues. They were all so patient and meticulous, and we never had to worry about being scammed. Overall, staying at JI Hotel in Vientiane felt very safe and secure! 👍 I wish all the staff good luck with their work and much peace and happiness!"

"Great location that walking distance close to the restaurants, shops and bars. Across the street from the river and just a short walk to the night market. The staff is great, and upgraded our room this time! The breakfast is above average and cooked to order! I’ve stayed here a few times every trip I take to Laos and will continue to stay eveytime I’m in Vientiane."

"Great service! They were fully booked that day, so they upgraded us to a larger room. The bathroom was a bit old, but the breakfast was quite extensive. They can also help you call a taxi."
