I stayed there to sleep a few hours only, so cannot say much other than it was very clean. I arrived very late and the door was closed, gave them a call and they opened immediately. One thing is I can speak Chinese, so if you are a foreigner, not sure if the staff can speak English. All good overall, I could stay there again, very close to the railway station and that is why I booked in the first place.
My suggestion would be to provide a more detailed address!

Main reason I did not stay is the location in the middle of nowhere, with staff barely speaking English, or Chinese, not being able to tell me if meals were available

The boss is very nice. He picked me up at the station to check in. The room is clean and the environment is good. There is an outdoor swimming pool for swimming. Free breakfast is provided in the morning. When I left, the boss's wife sent me to the airport. The service is very good. If you are traveling to Vientiane or on a business trip, this hotel is a good place. There is no language barrier for communication with the Chinese boss.
