Although it is called a guest house, it is a private room. The location is in the center of Vientiane, a short walk from the bus terminal. There was a beer lao shop next to the inn that also sold water. It took about 5 or 6 minutes to walk straight down the road to the Mekong River. There was a cafe Amazon on the right. There are local restaurants around the inn, so you won't have any trouble finding food. The accommodation had water, bar soap, disposable shampoo, bath towels, and toilet paper. I didn't have a toothpaste set, so I bought one at the nearby Big C. There was also a ticket shop for buses going from Vientiane to various places near the accommodation.
