Lao Plaza is nice and refurbished but many things are super confusing such as hidden water bottles, the pool which is always semi open some times they put on the pool bech seat sometimes not, extremely long power outage, crazy number of wifi hotspots with varying passwords, breakfast food that is mostly good especially the dimsum and noodles but other items such as the cold cut I wonder whether they were spoiled already. Also the maid just happen to clean the room despite the "make up room" button is not clicked.

Best location, good service, and clean room with good breakfast. It is third time stay at this hotel and I choose here again in the nearly future.

Excellent treatment.
Staff very friendly, service, pool, amenities are excellent.
Breakfast is superb.
Definitely will stay in this hotel when come back to Laos next holiday.

Centrally located in Vientiane, it offers good luxury for a not-too-modern hotel. It has good facilities (gym, yoga room, swimming pool), safety, and kind personnel. Breakfast is probably too expensive.
Around the hotel there are many coffee shops, spas, restaurants, etc. Night market and food market are reachable by walking

Price is very reasonable for what we received. Location, parking lots, breakfast, room service and all facilities are really good for family.
