Very good view of Mekong River from hotel balcony. Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Walkable distance (30 mins or 1 to 4 kms) to City attractions and night market.

Awful 😭
1. A lot of things are broken
2. Everything are dirty
3. Aircon doesn’t chill
4. Breakfast in very dirty place
5. Gym is absolutely destroyed
6. Swimming pool is very dirty
7. Manager said sorry we under construction and rejected to make a refund)) funny
This place is absolutely disabled to accept the guests.
I’ve escaped of here and my advice to all keep a distance of this garbage hole.

Great for the Mekong River and sunset view.
The hot water was not working. The air conditioner was not working properly, a bit hot during the day and very cold at dawn/early morning.
If you have a tobacco allergy, please note that some guests were smoking on a non-smoking floor and in hotel restrooms

Nice & clean facilities. Front desk was very helpful. Not a fan of the $100 security deposit but I understand. Always double check your room(s) for previous damage(s) as it may count against your security deposit. My room had a sofa seat that had one of the 4 legs damaged and my brother-in-law's room had one of the sofa seat with a dirty stain so please be very advised. We had it reported so it wouldn't count against us. Morning breakfast was good. Loved the variety of food choices. Overall, our stay was pleasant and we wouldn't mind staying here again.

We were greeted upon arrival with a friendly courteous staff although they spoke very little English. We were a bit disappointed at the location as it is not near town center or nightlife other than the night market. Room was clean and large enough to not feel cramped. The pool was nice as was the gym. We were disappointed there was no lounge to enjoy a cocktail. Buffet breakfast had a variety of both Lao and European food. If you don't mind the seclusion then the Hotel is a great stay for the price.
