An unusual hotel that we came to love. Quirky, got its own unique style and architecture. Fabulous brick and steel work. Can be noisy at the front, so you might want to ask for a quiet room at the back. More like a private house than a hotel in some ways. One of us was very ill for a day and the staff and owner looked after us really well. Great fresh breakfast in restaurant next door.

Very dated Decorating hasn't been done in years Air conditioning noisy and old Bed mattress probably older than the building Noisy traffic Everything in one room like a studio When we arrived wasn't the frendlist welcome could find our reservation Asked for map nothing Breakfast was next door (and always wanted a time instead of open sitting) If you must come to Vientiane (why nothing here) Would probably look for better accommodation One good point balcony over looks Thailand

Positives friendly staff good location clean Negatives hideous rooms (ours was sickening pink) not allowed to bring any guest to your room Breakfast is next door and no options (just eggs and bread) Generally a bit of a creepy vibe in this place

Beautiful little charming hotel. The rooms are very spacious with courtesy kit, fridge, air conditioning and view of the Mekong. The hotelier is very warm and does not hesitate to stop his meal to go out and exchange currency for us even though it was very late. The location very close to the evening market is a plus. I recommend it!!!

Small hotel in a very good location with minimalist, clean, comfortable rooms offering a magnificent view of the Mekong unfortunately spoiled by a heavy bamboo curtain but impossible to open the window. Breakfast is taken next door, at Le Khem Khong restaurant. If you use European electrical outlets, be careful because the devices do not necessarily charge, you just need to move the wire a little for it to work or not. Be aware that if you come home late, you will find the gates closed, padlocked and no doorbell. To enter, you must step over the Khem Khong plant box then on the left the gate is open.
