Clean and spacious rooms
Parking facility was at back of hotel - staff very helpful
Check in was seamless and easy - was a hot day and we were given a lovely cold tea
The White Elephant restaurant - food, drinks and staff were grean
The Tipsy Elephant staff were great as were our cocktails
The breakfast has a good range of food - hot coffee and nice selection of teas and juices. Staff were attentive

Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms with excellent shower. Service was efficient and staff friendly. Breakfast was adequate, with freshly cooked eggs but a somewhat limited and uninspiring buffet breakfast selection. The rooftop bar is very nice, but the food again limited in choice and no dessert or coffee available

Unfortunately, the fire alarm at the hotel rang at 4:00AM in the morning for nothing, imagine if u were asleep and woke up for nothing~ . Then, followed up with electricity ran out at 5AM :( which turned off our Air Con. Plus, during our way back to the room after breakfast, the electricity ran out again while we were in the elevator for couple of seconds. We visited there during the road construction in front of the hotel ( I didnt get any notice about that) the car couldnt access to the front of the hotel during that time, so I had to carry my huge luggage for 300metres(construction road) by myself and my boyfriend 😢. Somehow, the supervisor at the hotel still has the strong opinion that the car can still access ( but the road sign saying that no cars access to that area ) 🤷🏻♀️. Also, she didnt apology for any inconvenience as well, only the receptionist one who did the check-in whom apologize for that. What a thrilled experience!

Probably one of the best choice if you want to stay in town and within budget. Pleasant staff, very attentive. One thing that could use improvement was breakfast which was rather simple.
Either way will definitely come back.

Difficult to get to on foot because of the roadworks that were going on when we stayed, really quite noisy at night, but totally fine for a night. The girl at the front desk was helpful and kind.
