Very pleasant reception. Kindness. Although the hotel has been in operation for years, the facilities are satisfactorily maintained. For one night, comfortable and very clean room. Varied breakfast. In general, positive opinion.

Fabulous hotel with very comfortable rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is a bit outside the main town but is within walking distance. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Good location for starting the Camino - would recommend.

This is an amazing hotel. Everything is spotless and the staff is so nice, funny, polite, and simply adorable. I first got there before checkin time, and was directed by super professional and sweet Enrique to their beautiful cafe/bar area where smiling Ruth treated me like a queen. Shift change came and Patricia was so sweet and nice. Patricia informed me of the cafe/bar time table, always with a smile. Enrique checked me in and I went to my room. Oohhh room fired fire a Queen. Took a shower and laid down on the best bed ever! Woke up and went to dinner downstairs where adorable Salvador tended to all my requests and gave me nice conversation. Next morning, breakfast was ready super early and it was delicious. An array of beautifully presented breakfast items plus the sweetest orange segments on earth! There was Ruth again, who without words understood my need for a delicious Cafe con leche. Overall this was an outstanding stay and will return. Thank you for a sido stay.

This hotel was a very welcome respite after a very bad day on the Camino. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was great. The room was comfortable, clean, and had plenty of room. The morning front desk staff went above and beyond reasonable expectations assisting with an unexpected but substantial transportation problem – I honestly can’t thank them enough for their help. There are lots of affordable dining options within a 5 minute walk, and the waterfront is only a 10-15 minute walk away (although getting back is all uphill).

Nos alojamos en la hab 506. Mucho gusto y detalle. Personal muy amable en Recepción y desayunos. Muy cómodo y a 10’ andando del centro. Todo a mano. Fácil aparcar el coche alrededor. Mucho gusto por el detalle. La chica en Pisos muy amable también x. Volveremos sin duda!

Es la tercera vez que me hospedo en los galeones. Tengo que felicitar a los empleados del hotel. Son muy amables y estamos encantados toda la familia. Las cenas son una experiencia gastronomíca. Todos los platos muy bien elaborados,cada vez nos sorprenden y disfrutamos mucho. Felicitar al departamento de cocina. La atención de Salvador es de un gran profesional y su trato es exquisito. Carla se complementa con él y están muy pendientes de nosotros. Muchas gracias a tod@s!!

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy por debajo de lo esperado. Fui mal atendido por el recepcionista Miguel, quien mostró una comunicación deficiente y muy poca disposición para ayudar. Desde la llegada, no hizo el menor esfuerzo para proporcionar sugerencias sobre atracciones locales ni para facilitar el proceso de check-in. La falta de cordialidad e interés en ayudar a los huéspedes dejó una impresión negativa. Esperaba una atención más acogedora y profesional, lo cual lamentablemente no ocurrió. No lo recomiendo y no planeo volver.
