"The hotel and staff are great. Really good location. Staff very helpful. No faults there at all. My only complaint would be my room. Reasonable price but it faced nothing only 3 other walls which had all the drain pipes running down. This made the room dark and was noisy with the running water. It could do with some fresh paint in the room and maybe upgrade the toilet tissue. It smelt of drains too. There was only one small bin which had no bin liner which I found strange too. I would stay again but I would have to guarantee a road/city facing room."

"Great location—just steps away from both the bus and train terminal. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the Basilica Santa Maria and the Mercado da Pedra. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The staff were welcoming, and always happy to help. The only minor downside for me was that both pillows were a bit too soft for my preference. But overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vigo!"

"The location of the building is great for those like me who went to Vigo to see the football game at Balaidos stadium. In the evening you need to use the taxi to go and return from the center view the distance from the structure and the uncommon connections with public means. Personnel of the structure very nice and always available for any needs. Minibar not in the room."

"We were very disappointed with our recent stay at this hotel (Room 210, April 13–14). Unfortunately, the experience was far from restful. The guests in the room directly above us (likely two Spanish men) were speaking loudly and even shouting until 3–4 am, making it impossible for us to sleep especially frustrating after a long day of walking the Camiño. We specifically chose this hotel over an albergue, expecting a quiet and comfortable night, but sadly that was not the case. Although I understand that noise from other guests can be difficult to control, the hotel didn’t seem fully booked. It might have been possible for the staff to arrange rooms more thoughtfully to avoid placing guests directly above one another when there is availability. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely upsetting, and I hope the hotel can take this feedback into account to improve future guests’ experiences."

"Old premises, which isn't necessarily a bad thing! What's seriously awful, though, is that the walls are extremely thin, so you can hear every sound! I heard snoring for two nights, and despite banging on them, I couldn't get any peace. It's a shame, because the staff is actually very friendly and accommodating. Another point worth mentioning is the extremely strong cleaning product (Domestos?) and for the floors... something floral. Because of this, I didn't have my room cleaned or tidied during my four-day stay!"

"About 5 minutes walk from VIGO URZAI station (high-speed rail) station. About 15 minutes walk from VIGO GUIXAR station (local line). You have to be careful not to pass by because the entrance is difficult to understand. The receptionist was friendly and friendly with English. WiFi worked smoothly. (Speed is normal. Not fast) There was a toothbrush in the amenities. The shower has shampoo and body soap, conditioner and body cream. I ordered a quiet room at trip.com, but I heard the sound of the horn in the room on the roadside. I didn't hear the sound of the next room, but I heard the doors opening and closing and the hallways."

"I had an excellent experience during my stay at this hotel. The location is simply perfect, right in front of Samil beach, but it was a shame it was raining during my stay. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile on their face, which made all the difference. Another point that deserves to be highlighted is the cleanliness: everything was impeccable, from the rooms to the common areas. The environment is welcoming and well-kept, transmitting comfort and security. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free stay."

"A few minutes walk from Central Bus Station / Train Station. Department store and restaurant nearby. 15 minutes walk to main high street; 20 minutes walk to ferry pier. Breakfast buffet - normal continental style with some varieties, but no sausage / cooked tomatoes The room is clean, with air conditioning. Yet only HEATING is on, the cooling option is disabled centrally. This means the room is very warm at night"
